Went to drop my car off on Saturday, the part that was supposed to be installed was not ordered. Little anyoyed, but Michele was able to get me a loaner car. I then asked twice to make sure my car was going to be in a gated area or stored inside side.Michele said yes it would not still be parked in the same spot. I drove back latter that night and my car was still parked in same spot. That pissed me off. I also told Michele in person and through text message I wanted my tires rotated and car inspected for a road trip. Wasn’t told a price or anything. Then on Tuesday when I came back with my car to have the part installed. There was a new person Leslie, when I was trying to find the loaner car keys, she kept telling me I need the keys to my car. I kept telling her to wait, I may need to drive back to my house to get the keys. I told her this 3 times as I was calling my wife, to see if she can bring me the keys. She started to get an attitude, I was already annoyed with the situation and I told her. She told me I’m not the one who was here Saturday, don’t take it out on me. I get that, but I’m telling her to wait so I can figure out the key situation. It does not help, especially since there was car in front of me and behind. There was no way my car was going be moved even I gave her my keys. After I left, I tried calling service back took 15 mins, before I could talk to someone in service. I called twice directly to service and both times got hanged up on. I then called sales, Michael answered and transferred to service when finally I got a answer. Makes me think they knew my 904 area code and decided to hang up. Both time I heard background noises of people talking. So it was not a drop call. The girl who answered, I told her I wanted to speak to a service advisor, she said one was not available. I told her I wanted to make sure they rotated my tires and inspected my car. The service called back the next day in the afternoon, more than 24 hours later, great customer service. I also sent a text about 11 am to Leslie after I couldn’t speak with an advisor, telling them again I wanted my car inspected and tires rotated. She calls back around 2/3 letting me know the to rotate the tires is $30, that’s more than MB dealer. But at that point I just said fine to get it over with. When I finally went to pick my car up, Leslie did comp the tire rotation. Which was nice, however I did ask about my brakes and all the fluids being checked. She told me about the brakes, but they didn’t check fluids. One of the mechanics did a real quick check. Apparently not good enough the following day the stupid message popped up saying maintenance B 1. Rotate tires and change oil. This just pisses me off even more, now I have to make another appointment, to have this done. I really don’t believe anything on my car was inspected besides my brakes. I didn’t get anything like I do when my wife’s car goes to dicks VW across the street, which has good service. But this Honda location just ****. I have had issues almost every time I’ve been here. Luckily the older service manager took care of it but still what the hell is going on. Like I said now I have to take my car back for oil change, maybe this time they will actually inspect my car, for trip in a week and half.

Your Honda service team has always done a good job on our Honda's. Michelle did a absolutely wonderful job for me on our Accord. I had a special time need as it was my wife's birthday and I needed to meet her as close to noon as possible due to our very busy schedule.
