I was certainly satisfied with the inspection and customer service. Unfortunately the price quote was considerably higher than another shop when doing a price comparison.

Darin had my account, but I never got to talk to him except for one brief time on he phone. When I came to pick up my car he was gone at lunch. But my take-away on my experience is that I had a person who was caring for my account who made sure my needs were met by making certain somebody else could assist me. Darrin never left me hanging. Darrin did well, and so did the team members who picked up my ball and moved it down the field! Go team!

He was awesome. When he realized I was Deaf, He actually took the time to ‘sign’ to me using American Sign Language. He had taken 2 years of ASL in High School! I really appreciated him recognizing me as a person! Most people are frustrated with me because I don’t understand what they are telling me. They don’t realize that Im Deaf. I read lips and I can hear some sound. But I don’t know what people are saying. But He recognizes that I am Deaf! He brightened my day! He was so busy but he got s smile on his face when he saw how happy he made me!!! Thank you!!!! Sincerely Eulalia S

Since you only ask 1 question I had to put no to comment. Tyler seemed fine and should be rated high. He tried to sell me everything he should have since I have services my car should have done. I was disappointed that a car wash was not provided with the express service. By the time I got done over an hour, I had to get to my office for appointments.
Chuck made sure that we were well taken care of and ensured that they took all of the necessary steps to troubleshoot the issue we had with the vehicle. We appreciate Chuck’s courtesy and resolve.
