We were very satisfied with the service, happy and the customer services. The facilities were cleaned and very organized.
He underpromised and overdelivered (which I told him $. Less work was required than anticipated, so it cost less and was ready an hour earlier than expected. He was friendly and very easy to talk with. He explained everything completely.

I asked Jerry to arrange a car to pick me up at 9 o’clock in the morning today to go get my car the car came yesterday I send it away I’ve texted Jerry and I’ve had no answer and I don’t have my car so no I am not satisfied at all And since you still have my car I find this comment very offensive

Thank you. I have never had a problem with scheduling a loaner car or rental. I was disappointed this was not available to me this time. I have always had my 11 year old car serviced at Hannah, and appreciate that extra assistance when leaving my car with you.
While, unfortunately, the issue with my car came back on the ride home - I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Che explained to me the fact that the service may not resolve the issue - but allowed me to get home to Oregon safely. Che fit me in for service on a day the service department was already over-scheduled - and I was without an appointment. He made, what was otherwise a stressful day, much better. Thanks!
