I thought I am gonna get complimentary car washes, but I did not. I have **** Hannah Loyalty Rewards Card. If they need this card to be presented, at least they should have asked me.

Everyone was very nice as they always are and we appreciate that. I question why I was encouraged to have almost $1000 of extra service. I was recommended to replace 4 tires at 5/32, when the owner's manual recommend at 1/16. Also recommended brake fluid replacement a year before manual. These recommendations felt premature and over the top, and make me question future recommendations.
