Everyone was very nice as they always are and we appreciate that. I question why I was encouraged to have almost $1000 of extra service. I was recommended to replace 4 tires at 5/32, when the owner's manual recommend at 1/16. Also recommended brake fluid replacement a year before manual. These recommendations felt premature and over the top, and make me question future recommendations.
