I will not be bringing my car back to **** Hannah. I waited almost 2 hours at the dealership almost 2 hours and was not notified that my car was ready, then charged $78 for a simple oil change! Terrible communication, and not one apology from the rep. Service quality has gone way down. Very disappointed.
Solve my problem too outside of getting my oil change! Thank you! That’s why I 3 Honda cars in my garage!
The girl who dealt with my service/account was very nice and helpful. I’m not too convinced my problem was fixed but I’m sure it might just take a second.

Service advisor was great. My service was completed on time and properly. Here is why I wasn’t completely satisfied: while waiting for my vehicle, I sat in the coffee area. A group of sales personnel came into the area and began a very loud conversation about politics. Later on another group of women, also employees, came into the coffee area and were vividly talking about what they do over the weekend, including how drunk they get and how they behave. I found it very oft putting to have these kinds of conversations in a customer space.
