I made an appointment for 1pm I arrived around 30min early prior to the appointment. I did not receive my vehicle back until after 4pm even though it had been parked in the lot for about an hour and representatives kept telling me It was going to be another 10min and that continued for almost and hour of waiting and being misinformed. All I needed was a simple oil change that was suppose to be done within 20min. Very upsetting.
Professional, helpful in explaining ALL maintenance I requested. Courteous, quick, affable. The best service person I have experienced at your location though all gave been good.

Outstanding customer service and information about my current Honda and the next one I will be purchasing.
I came in for an oil change and to replace my key. It took 3 hours for the oil change and I never received communication from the parts department to see if they were able to replace the key.
First time at Honda service and had a longer than expected wait. Jerry kept me up to date on where things were at and explained things clearly. Would be happy to work with him again.
Service was nice this time. I was kept informed about what was happening.
