I made an appointment for 1pm I arrived around 30min early prior to the appointment. I did not receive my vehicle back until after 4pm even though it had been parked in the lot for about an hour and representatives kept telling me It was going to be another 10min and that continued for almost and hour of waiting and being misinformed. All I needed was a simple oil change that was suppose to be done within 20min. Very upsetting.

I came in for an oil change and to replace my key. It took 3 hours for the oil change and I never received communication from the parts department to see if they were able to replace the key.
