Jeff is the only service professional I will go see at **** Hannah Honda. He is a great communicator and he always does a great job of informing the customers of what’s going on. Jeff is always very acomodating and anticipates the needs of his customers. I could go on and on and on about how great Jeff is at his job. I think everyone that works there should follow his example. Thanks Jeff for being an excellent beacon of service!

Text feedback while waiting was lacking. 2 hours into my service I asked for estimated time of completion. Reply was "car was in good hands", which did not help with my time planning. 2 hours after that, my car was ready. Disappointing that my car was not washed as in the past, and not offered. No longer available?

The tech did not reset the oil sensor. There were dirty footprints in the car. Other dealerships wash our car. Yours did not!

Tyler was wonderful came in for our oil changed he said we needed done. When I ask long he said 2 hour but that wasn't going to work for me. He got me in and out in 1 1/2 hours so I could get across town to pick up my grandkids from preschool. It was very good that he was to get it done on time.
