We were greeted the moment we walked in and introduced to Jeff. He explained the process and we went over the car before it was serviced. Jeff explained what was included in the A1 service visit. Because we drove over from Depoe Bay this morning, we were happy to see the service department was ready and got right on it. While we went and had breakfast they took care of everything.We appreciate knowing we can feel like we are one of the Hannah family and know we can depend on Hannah when we need them.

I made an appointment, showed up on time and was told that the person assigned to me was with someone else. So I had to wait to check in. Meanwhile my three year old was going crazy. I waited 15 minutes before the original girl came back and said “I will just check you in”. That seems so silly to me. Why is someone assigned to me and then not available? Also, I like text communication. Leaving me a voicemail to say I need a filter changed doesn’t work for me. I didn’t listen to it until tonight because I get so many sales calls that I don’t answer calls from numbers I don’t recognize. So when I got there and what’s her name says “we will just have you do the filter change next time” I had no idea what she was talking about. I usually love your service, maybe it was just a weird day.

The initial point of contact was rude, especially to the tow truck driver. I didn't get his name however his desk was the second closest to the door on the left side of the building. Everything after dealing with that guy was as good as it could be though.
