Chuck was the greatest! Here I am with a brand new car, worried worried worried about this thing and that. He set my mind to ease, they fixed the little bitty problem and I was on my way again! Chuck is the greatest… **** Hannah should be proud to have him on his staff… He’s professional, kind, friendly, and has the ability to put a customer at ease. Chuck was awesome! I dropped my car off for front brakes with plans to see a movie. Chuck informed me he would text if the technicians found additional concerns that needed to be addressed. Cool! No problem. Chuck did text me asking me to call and he provided me with a number. The number however was not correct. I had to leave the movie, missing the ending to walk back to the garage. Chuck verified the number given but it ring to **** Hannah but rather some so woman’s voice mail. Chuck shrugged stating this was the number that was provided to him. Frustrating!
