Leslie was very friendly and honest with the wait time. She called me after two hours and said a rental would waiting for me. I was happy to hear the Honda covered the rental while they fixed my car. I got an update in the predicted time and was able to drop off the rental and pick up my fixed car in under ten minutes. The charges for all the repairs were VERY reasonable. I keep looking at the receipt! I have been very happy with Hannah Honda for the last 10 years.

Darin was excellent but the technician doing the Service inspection left all screws holding air filter access cover loose. Not happy with that.

Happy my car got 2nd key programmed and annoying rattle fixed under engine but no owners manual was provided for me. Bought a new car but no owners manual. Been waiting just about a month now and they said it would be with 2nd key when they program it. Service and Sales seem to have no contact with each other. (I had to explain myself to 5 different people) I had to ask for my free tank of gas that I was promised when finding out that I would need to come back and get key programmed. Annoying

The tech had misinformed me of a “battery charging “ warning on the dash panel, the service rep told me to go to a Toyota dealer to attend to to the warning message, as it turned out, that message is a normal note upon turning on the ignition but not starting the engine. It simply means that the battery is not being charged unless you start the car.

Crystal was great. Wife had a tire going flat when see got to work. I had to take the car to **** Hannah and have it fixed because we were going to Seattle after work. Crystal was able to have it fixed in less than two hours. Thanks again **** Hannah for great work.
