The mechanic left the oil pan plug only finger tight. Thus I came home, noticed an oil drip on the garage floor, crawled underneath the car to find the drip and tightened it myself.

I didn’t ask to replace front wipers. They were replaced maybe 4 months ago and were higher end wipers that were working well. I was charged for new wipers and shouldn’t have been. Transmission fluid also recommended to be changed. Transmission fluid was changed 10,000 miles ago at this service department. This and the wipers leads me to question other recommended services despite the years and mileage on the vehicle.
