Chuck was the best service rep I’ve interacted with at Honda. He was courteous, knowledgeable and showed interest in making my service experience a good one. He explained in detail what work was needed and communicated directly with me when a nail was found in one of the tires. It was a good service call.
Sales and service are great. All promises made were kept. Please tell Honda that a spare tire is not something that should be removed from a vehicle. We need a spare tire. Removing this from the vehicle as standard equiptment is short sighted. A+ on Android Auto. Now I have a GPS (through my phone) that is easy to use. I have never liked the quality of Nav systems sold with past vehicles. Too hard to use. Android Auto was a great choice.
Tyler was good but the tech put wrong windshield wipers on and we had to go. back that was disappointing

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advanced. I got there today was given a rental but they didn’t have one to suit my needs. Plus they didn’t have the parts for my van. So simply they just wasted my time today. For nothing. So I was unable to leave my van and didn’t get anything fixed.
