Pleasantly surprised done sooner than expected
The expectation was an oil change and for rotation. The tired were not rotated as my scratched she'll is in the same corner. For the first time getting my vehicle serviced here, it makes me question the integrity of the shop versus just efficiency of turning cars in and out. I've called and left a message for the service director to report the incident.
Allie provided prompt, professional, and very nice service today. The vehi cje service was completed on time and as agreed to.
I will request Allie as my service advisor on my next appointment.

Not nec to contact me. When I got in car my radio and sat. Channels all were wrong. Had problems even getting it to work. Started driving back to dealer before I figured it out. All I saw was radio ID on screen. Otherwise I was satisfied with service.
