Crystal was very pleasant, friendly and efficient when she checked me in. She informed me that she would be leaving at 4:30 though so if I wasn't back to pick up my vehicle before that that I should ask for another representative - I believe Troy. I arrived after 4:30 and was pointed to Troy. Evidently walking to the file cabinet to pull my paperwork and run my charge card was alot of effort for him. His demeanor was generally indifferent and completely opposite of my experience with Crystal. Please pass on my appreciated iation for her great customer service. No kudos to Troy though. Also, Crystal said car washes are not provided anymore but she would give me a Kaady wash. Never received it and forgot to ask about it before I left when I picked up my car.

Not satisfied with Honda Odyssey Rators ,, with in 15000 miles I was told to get new ones and then you guys change options from second person said not needed, which was not acceptable from professional Dealer I really trusted the most but not any more. When we spend $35000 for a van.
I will never purchase Honda and not recommended to anyone else,..
