Cierra was outstanding and very professional and on top of things
The window works great! And she was very commutative and professional. My only complaint is that not all of my parts were ordered so instead of my car being completed today I will have to make ANOTHER appointment and also be charged the service fee when I could of had it all taken care of today. I don’t feel it’s fair that not all of the parts were ordered when I specifically told them what was needed.

Chuck was very friendly and made sure I knew what was being done to my car. I like that he took pictures of my car so I knew there wasn’t any damage done while in the service department. My car was finished on time and I was given a card to get my car washed when it warms u p

I am grateful that **** Hannah Honda could fit me in when I called at the last minute. The warranty repairs were minimal but I was happy that the dealership addressed my concerns.
Crystal and the gentleman who checked me in this morning were extremely professional.
Crystal was friendly & efficient...I was able to leave my car at the shop overbite so they could listen for the noise on s cold start and she got me a car to borrow right away!
