Cierra could not have been more accommodating.
It started with Crystal: I came in for a battery but when I mentioned that I had a service appointment for next week, she mentioned things were slow and asked if she could check and see if they could just take care of everything today, Which required making sure that the airbag warrantee replacement part was available and if there was room in the schedule. Cierra took over from there and helped everything go smoothly with the battery replacement and airbag repair. Made office space available where I could do some of my work while I waited.
Kudos to all including the actual mechanics who I did not get to meet.
