Left my car for service and got my car back and my gear box was terribly ruined when I got it back. Can’t put my car in 2nd gear or reverse. It wasn’t like that when I left it.

We asked multiple times about being able to pick up our car on Sunday. I was told it was no problem. I understand your service department is closed on sundays...which is why I asked! We get there and I was not able to pick up the car. I would have liked a phone call letting us know if they decided not to leave our keys with someone. So...I now have to Uber with 3 children on a holiday in traffic so that I can get my car in the morning. Bummer!!

Jerry is amazing, he went the extra mile when we had a suggestion for a repair on the back window based on my experience with the car, he got it done. He went the extra mile with regards to the oil leaks we have with the car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the repairs we need and we always want to have him as our point of contact. A wrong part was installed but they fixed their mistake and installed the right part. However it included an additional trip to the dealership. It took my entire day off dealing with a small accessory that I was told it will take no more than 30 min.
