Took 4 hours to get my car looked at, when I already knew what the problem was, I needed it fixed not looked at. Then I realized as soon as I got home, one of my fog lights was broken by one of their technicians. Highly dissatisfied with **** Hannah and definitely not coming back ever again

I was pretty well satisfied with the service. The Holda dealership in Beaverton gives customers a “check out” sheet of paper with a color-coded chart covering the condition of what was inspected such as the tires (life remaining), battery, etc. From a retail in perspective there was no call to action at check out such as oil change coupons etc. When do should return? Do I need to?
