Great communication and follow up
I ordered a new seat belt to be installed over a week before my appointment. The night before Chuck checked to make sure it was ready for installation, it was. Three hours into my car being serviced for the A1 service and seatbelt installation Chuck had to call me to inform me that the parts department had ordered the wrong seat belt and that I couldn’t pick up my car until the next day.
Jerry was exceptional. Tool time to explain the concerns I had with my vehicle. I look forward to working with him in the future.
Crystal gave excellent service today! She was knowledgeable and humorous and she came and told me that we needed a new battery and that it would be free of charge, as it was still under warranty!!
