Allie who helped me was great. Service was good. Problem is when I called I evded up with a Subaru appointment. The number I obtained on internet was for Subaru. I don’t know how I got that mixed up. Allie came to the rescue and got me in at Honda service. She handled it well.
I will ask for Jerry every time my car needs maintenance. His sparkling attitude was very refreshing. He explained everything to me in detail, and took the time with me with all of my questions. He updated me throughout and my car runs great! Thank you, Jerry! You rock!

I wasn’t told my vehicle was ready. I was waiting in the waiting room and she had texted me that she had received the paperwork and needed to process it and after waiting almost 30 minutes I had to go ask to pick up my vehicle and she was busy with another customer at that time and after standing there for about 10 minutes another service person helped me so I could pay and get my vehicle. When I looked at my paperwork later it looks like a filter needs to be replaced and that wasn’t explained to me when that would be best.
The job was completed quicker than I had expected.
Plus, I appreciated shuttle service.
