Allie who helped me was great. Service was good. Problem is when I called I evded up with a Subaru appointment. The number I obtained on internet was for Subaru. I don’t know how I got that mixed up. Allie came to the rescue and got me in at Honda service. She handled it well.

I wasn’t told my vehicle was ready. I was waiting in the waiting room and she had texted me that she had received the paperwork and needed to process it and after waiting almost 30 minutes I had to go ask to pick up my vehicle and she was busy with another customer at that time and after standing there for about 10 minutes another service person helped me so I could pay and get my vehicle. When I looked at my paperwork later it looks like a filter needs to be replaced and that wasn’t explained to me when that would be best.

Chuck was a great person for my first time in. I was a little hectic, not much sleep, lack of coffee, and Chuck handled me very well, and made sure I was well taken care of.
