The causes for my dissatisfaction are:
1.) Confusion over my warranty - I have a copy of the warranty document covering this repair. I would like to discuss this further,
2.) initial miscommunication about the availability of the part caused me to make an extra trip. (Was the part In house or did it need to be ordered?)
