I came in for an A1 service. Before I even gave my keys over the team member was trying to push me for new brake fluid because the car was over 3 years old according to her. This is a leased vehicle and I am only 2.5 years into the lease. I would replace the brake fluid if it was deemed necessary but I felt like I was trying to be upsold without even evidence that I needed it. Additionally the inspection reccomended $800+ in services. However, after talking it over NONE of the services were actually needed for my current mileage. Again I felt like they were trying to pressure me for ever penny knowing that my lease is almost up. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from Honda. Finally, when I showed an email saying I had a discount the girl acted like I wouldn’t be able to use it until I asked why and then she finally let me use it.
Only problem we had was the woman who checked us in was rude. The gentleman who checked us out was just fine.
Crystal was very kind and attentive in the service and she explained everything about the what they did and what I the car needs...!
He was very nice!! I appreciated his patience while I was working on looking at another car!!
The team did a fantastic job! They solved a misdiagnosis from another service center at a different company and helped me get resolution backed up by **** Hannah's professional team.

Che was very helpful in explaining the work that needs
to be done on my vehicle. I did not feel pressure from
him to get it scheduled. He was very pleasant and the
experience was good from beginning till end. Car was
