I typically receive very poor customer service at **** Hannah Honda. Not always but nearly every time I schedule to service my vehicle it takes 5 - 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence and I'm treated as though I am a nuisance to the staff. However Jerry was friendly and helpful from the moment I entered the building. He was informative about my service and answered all of my questions regarding my vehicle. You should hire more people like him and give Jerry a raise.

The service took all day and I was never notified the eta . I had to call twice and on the status of a simple oil change. The person that was in charge of calling me never did and only sent a automated text message asking did I have questions. I asked for the estimated time and received no reply. I dropped my car off at 8:15 am and didn’t pick up until 5pm. It’s inconvienant that I had to wait that long just for a oil change . When I voiced my concern. I got push back stating that I was contacted but I promise you a voice mail or call was not made . Only a text with no response after.
Of coarse my car didn’t act up when I took it in. Hasn’t since. Thanks for your time.
