Shorter than expected wait time. Price was also under expected cost.

I spend money on what they say needs repaired every time I go in for my oil change & very dissatisfied they don’t wash my vehicle. Free wash at a car wash doesn’t work for me I live 50 miles away!

When I dropped my car off with Jerry for the oil change I told Jerry that there were clips missing and screws missing from the splash shield under the engine so it was hanging down I asked if they could be replaced and I was told that it was not covered under warranty and it would cost me $25 When I picked up my car I was told that I wasn't going to be charged for the clips because the mechanic had some laying around that he used instead 2 days after I picked up my car on Sunday I was driving down the freeway and the splash guard fell down and hit the road and by the time I could pull off it had eaten a hole through it and I come to find out that 3 of the clips were still missing in they had never been installed I had to remove this Flash guard myself because it was dragging on the ground After looking closer at my bill I would found out that I was charged $45 for the clips after all and only 2 of the 5 that were missing was replaced
