I got in the car, and the check engine light was still on. They missed the O2 sensor and I had to wait another two hours after my car had already been in the shop for a day. I also had waited 45 minutes for someone to tell me what the hell was going on. Chuck had said he would go ask and be back and he never came back.

I was told it would take 1.5 hours and it took 4. I was told another part was needed and that it would arrive in a couple days and I would get a call. A week passed and I got no call. I called dealership and they said Austin would call me back that day. He didn’t call. I called again the next afternoon and receptionist said Austin wasn’t sure what the part was but thought it was a seat belt buckle that was causing my SRS light to remain on. I expressed skepticism but asked her to ask Austin if the part was covered under the recall. She said she would ask him. Then while on hold I got cut off. I will not be returning to **** Hannah ever again.

Service people are great. Only thing is mechanic reported transmission leak, scheduled work to repair transmission leak. Put dye in to track, find leak. But now reported that no leak in transmission exists. But customer paid for work to inspect leak that never existed. So how is that fair? Other than that nice to have car running again. Thank you.
