Why am I scheduled in conjunction with my service advisors lunch break?
Is there any diff between the appointment drive and the quick drive? I ask because I wanted the fastest service. My oil change took nearly an hour and half.
What sent me to say “unsatisfied” though is purely and completely the attitude of your 3 year guy Austin. If this is your best, wow.
Never a smile or a hello. Just a guy on his cell phone sitting at the desk looking at me like “what in the hell do you want.”
He enjoyed lecturing me that “even if someone told me it would take 45 min they were wrong.” That it would be an hour and twenty.
I love Honda’s. I’m getting a Pilot soon. I think they have adult service advisors at Tonkin.

Darrin did a great job. However, when he took time off his co-workers failed to communicate about the progress of the repair of my car. I contacted the service center three times about the progress on my vehicle. The first two times I was told in essence they were too busy to check. The third time I phoned and Chuck called me back.
Jeff was welcoming, accommodating, and helpful.
Leslie was distracted and nervous and did not listen to my questions. She provided inconsistent information about the test on my battery which leads me to believe I probably did not need the new battery I had put in. I was told I needed a front-end alignment and two new tires because supposedly my tires were feathered and I was told my existing tires were a cheap inferior brand. I was told it was dangerous to even drive home without buying the tires she wanted me to buy. I got a second opinion from a tire store that I trust and they found NO signs of feathering or danger. My confidence in the dealership service center has been sadly damaged.
Shaun is always honest, fair and a great advisor. Work was completed in a timely manor. We love our blue service team!
