Was not informed when service was complete. My service advisor told me that service would take an hour, maybe more. After waiting about an hour and 15 minutes, I texted for an update. I waited for a reply but I got no reply, and the advisor was not at the desk. As I stood at the intake area three personnel stopped to ask about my needs. Subsequently I found that my car had been ready, but I had not received notice via text, call or advisor. - SO

I think Michele was wonderful. The service was not quite as smooth as usual but I knew it would be taken care of. Also probably not good to put air freshener on top of oil smell. It was ok by the time I got home but the combination tends to make customers sick. Michele is an asset to your team and reminds me of Natalie.
