They did not fix the issue. The staff is amazing and so nice but unfortunately my car is still rattling.

I did not get a call to review my service before completed as I was told would occur . It would have been nice to have an offer to help this grandma with transfer of booster seats, etc to the loaner car. A little more personal courtesy wine nice. I did not get my car wash or vacuum as requested when I dropped off my vehicle. I was given coupons for outside service but will have to tip on these.
Natalie has been consistly the most courteous person there and is missed.
