Since Leslie had the day off, Michele took over her caseload for the day and it was VERY unpleasant. After driving off the Lot, the problem on the AC I originally came in for didnt stop, after calling it in, I was given the answer, "it'll probably just do that for a little while".

I brought the car I'm for an intermittent problem with the car starting when the Engine Start button was pushed. The battery had been replaced 5 months ago. After nearly 2 hours of my waiting in your service dept. it turned out to be a loose battery connection...obviously it was not tightened when the battery was replaced. Since you can't give me the 2 hours back I lost I should have a credit of at least $100 for future service.
I had previously decided to not return to **** hanna, but chuck's customer service was excellent. Also the rest of the staff that worked on my car did an excellent job.
Michele was awesome. She kept me informed and explained not only the problem but was going to be done to fix it. Fantastic.
