Shawn provided amazing service! He asked me more information about my car complaints, he explained what the tech would do to diagnose, he provided recommendations on what needed to be done based on the last time I was at **** Hannah for service and he kept me updated throughout the day. Best service ever from honda and best service front Shawn, and I've been to at least 3 dealership service departments with my pilot. I will definitely be back and asking for Shawn!

Great customer service by Jerry- He listened to my concerns with the car and did a great job of explaining what he thought was likely the problem. He even went out and changed a dome lightbulb after I mentioned it wasn’t working when he called to tell me the car was ready. It would be a pleasure to work with Jerry again for any of our future car service needs.
Jerry was fantastic. This wasn’t his fault, but I’m disappointed in my collective maintenance experience at **** Hannah Honda. Last time I brought my vehicle in, I asked for a new set of tires. I’d had a blowout and replaced one tire, but Les Schwab told me to replace all four since it was an AWD vehicle. When I asked for four tires last time I was in, I was told “that only negatively impacts the differential on full-time AWD vehicles. You don’t need new tires.”
This time when I brought my vehicle in, I was told that my AWD light is coming on intermittently because of a rear differential fault, likely due to the single tire being different than the other three. I don’t have $800 to fix this, and it would’ve been nice to alleviate it last time with the new set of tires that I’d asked for.
