Excellent and friendly service
I didn't get my tires rotated because I forgot to ask for it. Usually they realize that I bought the tires there so get free rotation but today they weren't aware that I bought the tires there 2 months ago. I learned long ago to bring in a list of work done by THIS Quick Lane since they are unable to look up their own records.
A simple oil change and tire rotation took over an hour and a half. I was the first person checked in Saturday morning and the 4 people that checked in after me all had the same service done and they all were serviced and out of there before me. Apparently the technician I had service my vehicle is either new on the job or simply slow at his job. I had a similar experience on my last visit as well as the one prior to that, when they broke a part on my vehicle while changing the oil. I will be finding another place to have my vehicle serviced in the future if they cannot get the "quick" lane service center functioning in a more timely manner.
When i made the appt, i asked for full synthetic. When oil change was complete, i asked if full synthetic was used and i was told no but if i had another hour they could change it. I specifically made this clear at the appt. I could not wait for another hour as i had to get to work. I also tried to use a service credit and he couldnt figure that out. I am not comfortable bringing my car back.
