No need for a rep to contact me. If it wasn't for the great service of Christine I would never return to this Ford dealer again. I find it very frustrating when I bring my car in for Warranty items and I verify that these items have been done with the service rep (Joe) and he says yes everything is taken care of only to arrive to pick my car up and one item was never taken care of. The frustrating situation was remedied by my 2nd trip back when I spoke with Stacy and she actually took care of my appointment set up

Don’t know who this Solomon London guy is, I dealt with Darla in the collision center. She’s always taken care of me and my needs and answered all my questions about each particular situation.

Shopped around for tires. Chase at Crossley price matched Michelin tires we found. Made an appointment at 7am & got 4 new tires, battery. checked, front alignment, brakes checked in 4hrs. good job.
