We had a scheduled appt for 9:30 in the morning. However, we didn’t get our vehicle back until after 4pm the next day. I don’t understand why it took so long for a relatively uncomplicated set of recall and road noise fixes. My concern is that the shop overbooked itself and didn’t have the resources to keep up with demand.

Took 2 full business days to get a battery replaced. Not only that but instead of starting with just a battery test they did a full diagnostic that cost an additional $100. 2 full business days and $260 for a battery replacement and a battery holder.

Travis was very professional and polite he was prompt in getting our vehicle in for a oil change and called us as soon as it was done gave us options for picking our vehicle up so it was convenient for us. We were very pleased with the service we received. We will be returning customers thank you.

Can you tell me why when I had a 09:00 appointment, my car is still sitting in the parking lot at 09:40 as I sit and wait on it? It seems to me that making an appointment is completely worthless. Then, after it was complete, I had to wait another 20 minutes to check out. In my book it defeats the name “Quick Lane”.
