Absolutely thrilled with Bob as my service writer. However, the tech wrote information on ticket that I wish I was privy to because now I have questions, which I am sure Bob will have answers for me on Monday. If it wasn’t for Bob you would have lost me as a customer. You have another service writer that is rude, abusive and down right disrespectful who refused to take my truck in for service. Apparently your shop was to busy and he didn’t feel like he needed to work on Saturday. My uncle, Alan Riead refered me to your shop after having good words about an engine installed at your shop. However, when he heard this guy talking to me the way he did, he was appalled and angry which even upset me more. You have an individual there that doesn’t like or want his job. Horrible!!! You need more Bobs in your shop because he saved me, my uncle, brother among others as future customers. Without Bob, well the other service writer turned me away with an attitude so you would have lost this sale and any future sales. I wanted to have some words with the Service Manager but didn’t get a chance.
