Travis did a fine job. Got my car in and had it ready prior to the time I was needing it. He treated me with respect and represented Ford Motor as I feel they should be represented.

I thought it would be nice if after having your car serviced it would be washed. Since there is a car wash on the property. That being said, Joe was very pleasant and did a great job scheduling my appointment and going over everything on my service call. He was much nicer to work with than the men working the service counter.

Sometimes I need an appointment at QuikLane and sometimes I don’t. It must change from time to time. It would be helpful if all folks working there were consistent in regards to this (when we call or when we walk in).
