My vehicle has been there for 4 days. Today I got a call from the service department that they can hear the issue with my car but to put another 5000 miles on it and bring it back before they fix. If you hear a problem why would you not fix it? I will not pick the vehicle up until it’s fixed, that’s what a warranty is for. Not to mention, i made an appointment almost two weeks in advance for the issue. Bob said they spent four hours on the vehicle...butbitbhas been sitting in the lot for 4 days. I’m very disappointed with the service. Unacceptable.
The tire pressure is wrong on my truck, they did not check it. 80 on front and 60 lbs on back. When they rotated tires did not check pressure!!!!! Should be 80 on back and 60 on front, makes me ? Question job!

I was satisfied by my experience overall, but wanted to bring an inconsistency to your attention. Yesterday, I came in to your service department for an issue I had with my car's horn. During the appointment, I was told in addition to the horn failing, my battery was failing and there was an oil leak. I just had the Works oil change done at quick Lane on 12/27 and it seems odd to me that both of these issues would be brought up in one service just a month after a precious service where my battery performed on the "green" level of your chart and no mention of a leak was made. The representative in the service department was very courteous in speaking with me about this, but it still raises a question about consistency in the two departments.
Took less than an hour and I was a walk in!

I have been incredibly impressed with the service and absolute dedication to excellence I have consistently received here at Gary Crossley! My family and I followed our guy Ryan Brehm here from another company and I have never second guessed this choice! Tyler has been phenomenal. He made time for me when I came by for photos literally immediately. When I had terrible hours to accommodate, he did just that!! I couldn't believe he took the car Friday afternoon and that his team had it finished by Monday MORNING! I love this dealership. The free 'Gary Crossley' water is almost my favorite thing- ha! Check engine light came back on before she even got home and engine idles too fast.
