I appreciate how all of the Staff there looked out for me and my truck; when they honestly saw an issue beyond what it was brought in for and took all of the right steps to fix it! On top of that was how I was treated in getting a Loaner! You had a truck for me so I was still driving comfortably! You guys are Great!!

Came in with no lights on dash. Got an oil change. Left with flashing dash lights. Drove back and said I have flashing dash lights. They said it was there when you got here and you probably shouldn’t drive the car as you could get stranded. Let us try to call the shop and get you in. They let me leave without telling me that I shouldn’t be driving the car. Later, I get another light...low tire pressure. What a great oil change. Will never be back . Incompetent to say the least.

I felt like a few things were recommended that didn't need to be done. For instance, you just changed my spark plugs 22000 m Iles ago and wanted to do it again.

Normally deal with quick lane. Car had issues that had to be completed at main service side. Communication on first day good. Was told car would probably be completed next day (sat). At 445 pm sat, I called quick lane after hearing NOTHING all day. Was informed that main service dept likely told me already, but parts would take 3 days. Once again, outstandingly terrible communication from folks whose sole job is to communicate...
