When I had the oil changed today, I asked them to check the low pressure on the tires because the light was on. When I picked up the truck they said that all tires were 35 pound pressure and the light need to be replaced. I came home check the tires and one was low. I aired it up to 35 pound and check the light and it was Now off. This is not the first Time I have had these challenges with Crosley Ford service.

No appointment, had time to kill. Came right in, explained the problem and that the part was already there, in 5 mins. tech was working on the truck, 20 mins later, on my way. Excellent process by all concerned.

Perfect got me in and did the repairs to my car very fast and had it ready for me to pick up. Talked to Joe and he was super nice and told him what was going on and he took care of all of it including a recall as well. So thank you very much

I have had nothing but bad luck with your department. So much so that my husband has decided to never buy another car from you again. And we have bought our last 5 cars at Gary Crossley. The service department is incompetent,the business office employees lie and they are condescending to women. You have lost our business forever and I plan to tell everyone I know my experience.

Excellent service, but I went through the car wash and that was really bad. I know it's free but it was a real waste of time.
