Valerie was very nice and they got my vehicle serviced in a timely manner.
I will note that my hood popped open driving down the road due to the service not getting it **** all the way. They should really make sure that they check that thoroughly since it could be a very dangerous situation if the hood of my vehicle had flew all the way open.
