Every step from the initial contact for the appointment to the final pickup of my vehicle. All the people were so professional and friendly and answered all of my questions.
At 5:30 I was in liberty and called the dealership to specifically ask what time the quick lane closed so I could decide how to get my vehicle. I was told they were open until 8:00. I went home to pick up my wife, drive back to liberty to find out they closed at 6:00 and I was not able to pick up my car. I can’t remember who I spoke to on the phone but I am sure it wasn’t Ivy. Ivy did great and the the whole quick lane crew was informative.

I dropped my car off at Quick Lane for oil change. I had a check engine light on so Valerie said I needed to check with the service side. I have dealt with Tyler in past and he said he would call Valerie and have car brought over as soon as it was done. By the time I got back to tell Valerie that he would call, he already talked with her. Both Tyler and Valerie gets an A+
