The service was completed in a fraction of the quoted time and an additional issue was diagnosed and resolved within the same time. Very satisfied.
Overall service was good. One thing that could have been done better was that when I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in to be repaired, its problem had been diagnosed and the replacement parts were ordered. Once the parts arrived (on a Monday), I called and scheduled a time for that Wednesday to bring the truck in. I was told that it would take about a week for the truck to be fixed. I called again the following Tuesday and was told the parts had been ordered and were scheduled to arrive the next day (Wednesday). I had already previously been told that the parts had been ordered and had already arrived, hence why I brought the truck in the previous week. When I asked about this, I was told that some of the parts had been ordered, but others were on back order. I would not have brought the vehicle in at the time I did if I knew all of the parts hadn’t arrived yet, as having only one vehicle proved to have more difficulties for my wife and I than we originally anticipated. I would have appreciated better communication during the process. My truck was fixed by that Friday (10 days after drop off), so it seems that once that conversation took place, the truck was taken care of rather quickly. Better communication would have resulted in a completely satisfactory service experience.
Was treated very nice got us in and out in a very good time
After picking my vehicle up on 3.7.2018 for repair of windshield wipers I now notice my heated and cooled seats are not functioning. They were working fine when I dropped vehicle off. They replaced a wiring harness so maybe it didn’t get done correctly.

The reason the car was in was a result of work done 2 weeks prior. Still had a 10 hour wait. One whole day on 3/5 and 2 hours 3/6.

I would have liked to discussed exactly what was done to my car when I picked it up. I’m still clueless on what was done. I had 2 recalls that were to be corrected and nothing was explained.
They did not check the air in tires like they were suppose to do. I know this because I had a low tire and I left it that way to see if they do what they say they say they do on THE WORKS. Well now I know you don’t do what you say you do not. After my experience with FORD PRODUCTS never again. e
