Took a long time to get parts- loaner vehicle provided was great. So I was comfortable waiting. First person handling my truck wasn’t satisfactory. They must have thought the same and dismissed him. I paid for full extended warrantee and it paid for all repairs except a new battery and deductible. Crossley Ford has done well in customer service overall.

I was having tires installed on my truck. I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 7:00 an. When I arrived I was told the tires had not been delivered in Friday like they should have. I was given a discount because of the tires not being delivered on time. The staff was very apologetic.

Ivy did great. Just a little disappointed when I got in my truck there were dirty hand marks on my console and door. Granted my truck was already dirty, but it is still essentially a new truck. I would expect my truck to be treated like it's a new delivery every time service techs are handing it off, no matter how dirty it happens to be when I drop it off Still happy loyal customer, but something you guys should watch out for as others would not be as understanding No need to contact me, just advising so that you can take steps to ensure you keep the level of service Crossley is known for.
