David was very helpful and informed me along the way how my car repairs were going. When the car was completed he explained everything that was completed and was able to help save me some money. That’s always appreciated! Pleased that was I was provided a rental car while my repairs were completed.

I thought the gear selector lit up on the shift console. l thought the bulb burned out. It didnt. There is no light. They checked it out complely, gave me a 10 point inspection and told me they checked it against another 2018 Escape. No harm no foul. They made me feel good about it. I am impressed. Thanks guys. My mistake.
