they felt the issue was a bad battery. they told us to take it home and if doesn't start in a.m. to bring it back the next day. this cost us $105 in tow charges when they could have kept it over night and checked in a.m. If it started we could come get it. If not it would be there to check out and correct the issue.

The folks working the front of the store are fine. But the last 2 times I have had work done, I’ve had issues with the condition of my truck when I got it back. The next to last time when I got new tires, there was an oily residue on my steering wheel and on my console. This last time, when I got an alignment, my kick plate had a lot of grease of some sort on It. I was able to clean up both messes myself but thought I should bring this to your attention since you asked.

As always there work is polite when you enter. And the work was done about as good as you can and done quickly. That is why I always go there for service on my 2012 Ford Escape!
