I was very pleased today. I was up there to get my oil changed I had mentioned that my car had a recall on it to the service advisor. I said I was going to go over to the main building And see if I could get an appointment to get that done. He said he was able to do it right then. It only took him about 20 minutes to get the recall done. It saves me from having to come back up another day have this done. Thank you very much for the quick service. You guys are outstanding!

I received a call about a fuel injector issue while I was waiting and said that I would like to take care of that at another time, but would like to discuss the issue as well as pricing when I picked up the car. However, there was no mention of it, nor was it anywhere on the service report, when I picked up the car. This makes me question whether it was actually an issue or whether someone was possibly trying to make some extra money. Also, the car used to be washed after every service and this has not been done the past few times I've been in. Sure this is an incredibly simple thing, but it speaks to the level of consistency from the department. If they only wash the car sometimes, what else is only being done sometimes?

Well Done. I called Friday and asked about the recall they told me to bring it in and they would fix it while I waited. I brought my dog with me and she and I were also very comfortable and appreciate them allowing my dog to be in the facility. I drove out in a little over half hour to 45 minutes
My vehicle was serviced within a reasonable amount of time, and Travis informed me of service that needed to be addressed soon.
They forgot to put a sticker in the window of when to re-service. I also came home with out a tire cap on a tire.
