I only problem I had was my appointment was on a Saturday and my car didn't get fixed til Monday. The staff kept me informed what was going on though. Very friendly staff. I will do business there again. Thank you all my car drives great.

The customer service was great.
Best service and fast - dropped off truck just before closing and was able to pickup the next afternoon. Took care of problem and cost covered for us. Have always been happy with Gray Crossley and plan on getting are next vehicle from them.

Enjoy the water on a hot day. Henry always stops what he is doing to say hi. Starting to like the place because the staff (Henry) treats us like they enjoy seeing us. Appreciate people being nice to my kids rather then an pain:)
