I called a couple of dealerships about the service I needed on the Ford Fusion. However, Crosley has the most professional people on the phones, and later working on the car. Dave was very helpful keeping me informed of the progress of the work,

Mark gave me the run around about where I should take my car. Then told me repair was covered and no cost. Then suddenly there was a cost. Then when I picked up my car the carpet was messed up and Mark agreed that IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. But, Mark wouldn't bother helping me or saying that to the shop foreman, Dave Heck, who basically insulted me and called me a liar because I was asking him to fix something that happened while in Service. I have never had anyone be so rude to me as Dave Heck was and Mark did nothing to back me up even though he "agreed with" me! He ran away from the conversation! I am 1000% dissatisfied with the service I received. I understand why you have such terrible service reviews now - your employees LIE and INSULT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Staff was supper friendly and service was so fast I couldn’t believe it!
It took quite a bit longer to get done, I understand delays, but, I feel more could have been done in a timely manner. This is the second time this year we have brought this vehicle in this year for repairs. Totalling over $10,000 between our deductible and payout by our insurance. I am also disappointed that the interior of the car was not cleaned up. I understand that was not discussed for services. But, I will consider this for future repairs. Darla was excellent, and I have no complaint in her regards.
Had 2 recall notices on 2 separate vehicles yesterday and was in and out job well done
I was very impressed how well everything went getting service at Gary Crossley. The only thing that could have been better was a tiny communication part. I dropped my car off Friday and they said they might not be able to look at it until Saturday. I didn't hear anything from them Saturday until I called to check in around 3. It would have been nice to get a call to let me know what was going on.

Ryan brehm is the best salesman I have ever had and I’ve bought a lot of cars. The service department was not what I was used to but it was fine for what I had done.
I made an appointment for 7:00 am Thursday for A/C repair. It was late Friday afternoon before the car was taken in to be diagnosed. And Saturday afternoon before the car was repaired. Why did I make an appointment?
Other than the delay and inconvenience of not having a car unnecessarily for so long, the repairs seemed to have fixed the problem.
Very helpful with tire selection. Even entered my rebate to save me time. With a 2 year old all the time saved is helpful.
