Ivy was awesome — I gave her my phone number so she could text me when my truck was ready.... but she ended up calling or texting my wife who is in Texas. Luckily my wife saw the message that my truck was ready before closing., That was really no big deal... I really wanted to report how awesome she was with a special needs boy who was in the waiting area. She took time to answer his questions and talk to him while he and his mom waited. That was impressive! Absolutely outstanding!

Ivy was fantastic, helpful, listened to my concerns about searching for a possible GPS device that my estranged husband may have put on my car, communicating to the mechanic to please look and remove. A great representative of your dealership! I hope this is communicated to her how appreciative that I am for her help.

Was told my car needed a new right ball joint to fix a noise in the front end of my 2012 fusion. Paid $405.00 and it didn’t fix the problem.

We were disappointed that the brand new truck we had for less than 12 hours had to go back in the shop for three days. Then, after having it back for a week, it spent the next three weeks in the shop again. Tyler Stout did everything he could to help with the situation, and David Heck worked hard to resolve the problem, but the disappointment with Ford won't go away any time soon.

Thank you for the awesome job the staff done on our Escape we dropped off the Escape for oil change and rotation of tires left the vehicle for the day and twenty minutes later got call saying it was ready WOW nice great job thank you.
