Not happy that our car was brought in on Wednesday night and was supposed to be looked at on Thursday morning and still as of Friday afternoon was not going to be looked at possibly on Saturday we were told it would be looked at on Thursday morning had to come pick up the car and was told they have to look for it could be mixed in 300 cars , Really poor service if you cannot look Until a certain day then don’t have your customers bring their car and cannot afford to give up a car for 3 to 5 days. Very unhappy
They left my key inside my car but didn’t know that so they looked for 15 mins because they didn’t know where they put my key. My car also had some scrapes and a small dent on the front of it.
Ivy was very knowledgeable and gave several options to choose from. She even had recommendations for maintenance that should be done.
