Matt was so great to work with. He called me a couple of times to make sure I knew the parts he needed for my service were in and that I’d scheduled an appointment. The day of appointment, a service personnel was sick and the shop behind schedule. Matt gave me options to reschedule and then made sure I had a ride home since the service was delayed. Really appreciate Matt and all of the people in Quick Lane! My car has literally never been serviced by any other shop since brand new (6 years).

Travis was very respectful and attentive. I did have an issue when I got my truck back. I spent the afternoon on Monday vacuuming, cleaning and making my truck just like new inside. When I got into my truck after the service was finished the floormat in the driver’s side was dirty with footprints and actually had standing water on them from wet shoes. Needless to say, after all of my hard work cleaning it up, I wasn’t happy to see that I had more in my future to fix what could have been avoided with a bit more care by the person driving my truck.
